Well, winter flew by.  I guess that is new mommy life for ya!

My classes were all very successful, I will post student work soon!  I just moved to a new house, which hopefully will be OUR house!  Exciting.  Needless to say, the jewelry aspect to my life has been slim to none :( .  I will be in a 3-man show at the LaPointe Center this summer, and have parted ways with the Bell Street Gallery after 2 lovely seasons.  I will be satisfied if I can make 20 pieces for my show at this point!  I had very high expectations of myself and my work, and no idea what being a mom really takes out of you!  I am enjoying every second of watching Loretta grow up, and fast. 

I still have time for custom orders, and plan to focus my energy on that for now. 

While my metalsmithing may be becoming more of a 'hobby' than a career for now... the ideas and sketches are still flowing... and the new garage is set up for welding... maybe some larger work in the future!
